Robert Snodgrass is nearing a return from an ankle injury and is also in contention.
Southampton will recall players such as Jose Fonte, Charlie Austin and Steven Davis, who began on the bench against Inter Milan on Thursday.
Shane Long, Cedric Soares, Matt Targett and Alex McCarthy remain injured.
