Liverpool's miserable run of form since the turn of the year continued on Saturday afternoon with a shock defeat to Hull City at the KCOM Stadium.

Liverpool pushed for an equaliser but were made to pay 10 minutes from time when Oumar Niasse, on loan from Everton, scored a crucial second following a pass from Andrea Ranocchia.
