Midfielder George Honeyman praised the way Hull City defended as a team during their 2-0 win over Northampton Town.
The Tigers made it three wins and three clean sheets in their opening three Sky Bet League One matches, and Honeyman was delighted with the way Grant McCann’s side managed the game.
“Any time you come away from home and get three points is very satisfying,” he said. “The way that we defended as a team is something we’re all very proud of.
“We’re all going out there, one to eleven, and knowing that we need to defend as a team and that’s our main goal.
