Greaves determined to repay faith

Jacob Greaves is determined to repay the faith shown in him after signing a new long-term contract with Hull City.

The 20-year-old put pen to paper on a new three-year deal last Thursday, which includes a Club option of a further year.

The Cottingham-born defender has made six senior appearances for the Tigers since returning from a productive loan spell at League Two side Cheltenham last season.

The promising youngster shone once again in Hull City’s 2-0 victory over Burton Albion on Saturday - his fourth clean sheet in his last five outings.

And the Tigers’ youth product is delighted to have committed his future to his boyhood Club.
