Left-back Max Clark believes he has returned to Hull City a better player from his spell in Holland.
The 25-year-old re-signed for his hometown club on transfer deadline day after two-and-a-half years in the Dutch Eredivisie with Vitesse Arnhem.
And Clark, who made 57 appearances in the Netherlands, says playing abroad helped him grow as a person and as a player.
“It was a great experience over there,” said the full-back.
“I’ve got nothing but great words to say about Vitesse. I loved my time there – two and a half years.
“I developed a lot in different ways.
