Cardiff City captain David Marshall's move to Premier League club Hull City is close to be completed after the Bluebirds accepted a £5m bid.
Talking before Saturday's Championship game against Reading, Cardiff head coach Paul Trollope said: "He's agreed personal terms, so that is imminent."
The Scotland goalkeeper was left out of the Bluebirds' squad for the match.
Marshall, 31, has made more than 280 appearances for Cardiff since arriving from Norwich City for free in 2009.
Cardiff have signed Bolton goalkeeper Ben Amos on a season-long loan, but they have also sold back-up keeper Simon Moore to Sheffield United.
