Grant McCann was once again pleased with what he saw from his Hull City side as they secured a 3-0 home victory over Northampton Town on Easter Monday.
Callum Elder scored one goal and set up another for Gavin Whyte, with Keane Lewis-Potter grabbing a goal in between, as the Tigers produced a dominant display to move three points clear at the top of the Sky Bet League One table and leave McCann happy with the afternoon’s work.
“It was a very professional performance,” said McCann.
“The performance was good and the result was even better.
