Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe says a number of players have returned from international duty with "serious" injuries but wouldn't reveal the names.
Those who played for their countries included Brad Smith, Joshua King, Nathan Ake, Max Gradel and Lewis Cook.
Hull will be without striker Dieumarci Mbokani, who has returned from the international break with an injury.
Michael Dawson is getting closer to a return following a knee problem, while Ahmed Elmohamady is back after a ban.
