Hull City have signed Mali international midfielder Adama Traore on a two-year contract and Chelsea midfielder Xavier Simons on a season-long loan.
He has 29 caps for his country and has previously played in France, Belgium and Portugal.
Simons, 19, who can also play at centre-back or right-back, has made one senior appearances for the Blues.
