This weekend Vince Wilfork will line up opposite a good friend ... one who hopes Wilfork will go easy on him.
Wilfork thought he'd spend his entire career with the New England Patriots.
Instead, after 11 years in New England, the Patriots declined to pick up an option that would have kept him with the team, and Wilfork signed with the Houston Texans.
"He’s given us everything we’ve hoped for," Texans coach Bill O'Brien said. "He’s given us, obviously, good play. He’s given us good leadership, good veteran presence in the locker room.
