Colin Kaepernick recently sent out a nationwide call looking for professional receivers to which he could throw, and several players and trainers based in Houston answered that call Tuesday. A day after local elite trainer Rischad Whitfield, known better in social media circles as Footwork King, invited Kaepernick to Houston, the former 49ers quarterback showed up ready to work at Strake Jesuit High School's football stadium.
Whitfield was joined by local trainers Justin Allen and Delfonte Diamond and a host of receivers who train here, including the Philadelphia Eagles’ Greg Ward and Buffalo Bills’ Marquez Stevenson.
