As the Houston Texans limp their way to the finish line of the 2022 season, there's a sense that changes could be coming on Kirby Drive.
An NFL.com report published over the weekend stated "the Texans plan to evaluate the future of head coach Lovie Smith at the end of the season, with the entire body of work being considered." Smith, 64, is wrapping up his first season on the job. But with the Texans closing in on the worst record in the league, and fresh off a blowout loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, it wouldn't be surprising to see Houston hire its third new head coach in as many years this offseason.
