Your Houston Texans finished the 2018 regular season with a record of 11-5. They were crowned champions of the AFC South. They promptly followed that up by looking absolutely horrendous and overmatched in a home playoff game against the Colts.
Entering the offseason, flush with cap space, many fans assumed the Texans would be big spenders, particularly when it came to addressing their offensive line and secondary.
Nope.
Sure, they added some talent via free agency, but they lost quite a bit and did not land any of the bigger fish in the free agent pond.
