Which state has produced the most Super Bowl starting quarterbacks?

After Sunday's Super Bowl LIV, there will have been 63 different starting quarterbacks in Super Bowl history. More than 20 percent of those (14 out of 63) went to high school in California.

For a long time, Pennsylvania had a reputation for being the cradle of quarterbacks with the likes of Joe Namath, Johnny Unitas, Joe Montana and Jim Kelly hailing from the Keystone State, but California has come along like gangbusters with six different Super Bowl staring quarterbacks this century alone.

Texas had experienced a long dry spell, having to wait until the Saints' Drew Brees made it to Super Bowl XLIV before it could claim a starting quarterback.
