What's next for Texans after wide receiver, defensive line additions?

The Houston Texans' roster wasn't quite Super Bowl ready last year, when a rash of injuries dinged the team's depth en route to a playoff exit at the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC divisional round. Houston general manager Nick Caserio quickly added reinforcements in recent days.

The Texans traded for former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk on Thursday, adding a seven-year veteran with 404 catches and 29 touchdown receptions on his career resume. Caserio worked to upgrade quarterback C.J. Stroud's weaponry last week. Monday marked a commitment to the team's defense.
