The Texans are giving former Chargers quarterback Tyrod Taylor a one-year deal worth $12.5 million deal - according to multiple reports - that doesn't give anyone clarity on the Deshaun Watson situation.
If Watson drops his trade demand, then Taylor would be a perfect backup, a role he played in Los Angeles behind Philip Rivers and then rookie Justin Herbert.
