A day removed a dismal offensive performance, it appears that changes could be on the horizon for the Houston Texans.
While speaking to the media on Monday, Texans coach Lovie Smith didn't come out and say explicitly that the team was making a change at quarterback. However, when asked about the possibility of such a scenario, he definitely didn't shoot it down.
Outside of a garbage-time touchdown run, second-year quarterback Davis Mills struggled mightily in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Washington Commanders. Mills completed 19 of 33 attempts for 169 yards, zero touchdowns, two interceptions and a 46.
