HOUSTON, TX – It is a new and exciting time for the Houston Texans. On Sunday, the Texans marked their first next-to-last finish of the season against the Jacksonville Jaguars. This was the first game in over 6 seasons where Bill O’Brien did not take the reins as Head Coach/General Manager/Imperial Grand Admiral of the Houston Texans. In many respects, the team saw a marked improvement in all three phases of the game (offense, special teams, defense) from the previous four second-place finishes.
The offense registered its highest point total of the current season (and one off its calendar year high).
