The Patriots quarterback just said he won't take his case to the U.S. Supreme Court, meaning he'll serve his four-game suspension.
Ever since it was initially handed down in May of 2015, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has fought his suspension for Deflategate at every turn. After the Second Circuit denied his request for rehearing two days ago, Brady's final option to overturn his four-game suspension was to request review from the United States Supreme Court.
That won't happen. Just moments ago, Brady announced that he would be ending his campaign and would serve his four-game suspension.
