HOUSTON -- Despite the fact that the Houston Texans have just two quarterbacks on the roster, ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay says he would instead fill the team’s need at right tackle with the No. 25 overall pick.
McShay’s latest mock draft is not projecting who each team will pick, but instead who he thinks should go at each spot. He has the Texans taking offensive tackle Ryan Ramczyk out of Wisconsin in the first round.
Derek Newton, who started at right tackle for the Texans last season until he tore both patellar tendons in Week 7, will likely not be able to play next season while he continues to rehab.
