HOUSTON -- Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien said multiple times this season that during his time in Houston and New England, he’s never regularly started a rookie receiver.
After the Texans took Will Fuller with their first-round pick in April, though, the rookie quickly earned a starting spot among Houston’s young group of wideouts.
Fuller got off to a strong start in 2016, beginning his NFL career with back-to-back games with more than 100 yards receiving.
