The Texans signed wide receiver Devin Lucien to the practice squad and worked out four other players Tuesday.
The Texans worked out wide receiver Mario Alford, wide receiver C.j. Board, offensive tackle Javarious Leamon and offensive tackle D.J. Tialavea.
Alford has played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Chicago Bears and New York Jets.
Board has played for the Tennessee Titans.
Lemon has played for the Arizona Cardinals.
Tilavea has played for the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars and Bears.
