Texans wide receiver Will Fuller and cornerback Bradley Roby were characterized as game-time decisions for a pivotal Thursday night game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Fuller and Roby have been recovering from strained hamstrings and were sidelined for the past three and four games, respectively.
Both practiced last week on a limited basis, were listed as questionable and then ruled out as neither player made the trip to Baltimore for Sunday's 41-7 loss to the Ravens.
