NEW ORLEANS -- Texans reserve wide receiver Wendall Williams injured his right shoulder against the New Orleans Saints.

The initial diagnosis is a broken collarbone, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.

Williams' right arm was in a sling following a 13-0 preseason loss at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Williams was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Texans last year.

A former All-American in football and track and field at the University of the Cumberlands, Williams is one of the fastest players on the roster. He's run the 40-yard dash in 4.
