The Texans have made two moves to free up some space on the roster by waiving WR Keith Mumphery and ILB Max Bullough. Per John McClain:
Mumphery and Bullough had both been part time players on the Texans roster with Mumphery being drafted in the 5th round in 2015 and Bullough joining the Texans as a UDFA in 2014. Both had made the 53 man roster last season but their places had come under fire over the last season with the Texans selecting Zach Cunningham in the second round of this years draft and Mumphery had only played 24% of all of the Texans offensive plays this season, loosing out to Will Fuller, Braxton Miller and Jaelen Strong.
