Veteran cornerback Orlando Scandrick's scheduled visit Monday with the Texans was canceled according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.
As a vested veteran, Scandrick is expected to be signed by a team after the first game when his contract wouldn't be guaranteed for the season. Last season for the Kansas City Chiefs, he recorded 44 tackles, 13 passes defensed, one interception and one forced fumble
Scandrick was cut by the Philadelphia Eagles recently. He played nine seasons for the Dallas Cowboys.
