Texans coach Bill O'Brien pulled out a creative trick play from his repertoire to pad the lead over the New England Patriots.
It was a well-executed gambit.
Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson handed the football off to running back Duke Johnson, who then handed it off to wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
Hopkins ran to his right and pitched it to Watson, who scooted into the end zone. The play was ruled a forward pass and a 6-yard touchdown pass from Hopkins to Watson.
