The Houston Texans have made their first move in addressing their secondary, signing cornerback Aaron Colvin. ESPN’s Adam Schefter Tweeted the news Tuesday.
Former Jaguars' CB Aaron Colvin intends to sign a 4-year deal with the Houston Texans, per source.
Colvin has spent the past four seasons in Jacksonville. While his stats do not pop off the page (Colvin has zero career interceptions), he is still a productive slot cornerback. Pro Football Focus grades Colvin as above average and ranks him as the 47th best cornerback.
In a way Houston is getting revenge on their division rival.
