NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A rematch is in the offing for the Texans against the Oakland Raiders in the playoffs.
The fourth-seeded and AFC South champion Texans will host the fifth-seeded Raiders in an AFC wild-card playoff game after Oakland lost to the Denver Broncos on Sunday and were edged out by the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC West division championship by virtue of Kansas City sweeping the Raiders during the regular season.
The playoff game is expected to be played Saturday at NRG Stadium as the earlier NFL playoff game that day.
The Raiders and the Texans have history.
