Texans veteran tight end Ryan Griffin's already precarious roster status took a negative turn when he was arrested for allegedly breaking a hotel window late Friday night.
Griffin, 29, was charged with vandalism and public intoxication.
Griffin allegedly broke a window at the Hotel Indigo, according to Nashville, Tenn., police officials.
Griffin's left hand and fingers were bleeding when he was encountered by police.
"He appeared intoxicated and unsteady on his feet," police said in a news release.
Griffin was released from jail Saturday morning at 7:15 a.m. on a $1,750 bond.
Griffin, who underwent sports hernia surgery this offseason, has been with the Texans since 2013.
