Stephen Anderson was the last man standing for the Texans' tight ends Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
The former undrafted free agent from Cal had to step in as the lone healthy tight end on the roster during the loss as starter C.J. Fiedorowicz suffered his third concussion of the season and left the game with a head injury that casts doubt on his availability for at least this week's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Despite the adverse circumstances, Anderson delivered his top performance in his second NFL season. He caught a career-high five passes for 79 yards, including a touchdown pass from quarterback Tom Savage that gave the Texans a 10-0 lead.
