The Texans signed former San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Christian DiLauro.
DiLauro, 24, played collegiately at Illinois and went undrafted.
He was signed by the Cleveland Browns last year.
Cut by the Browns and signed to the 49ers' practice squad, DiLauro spent most of training camp with San Francisco. He was released last week.
