The Texans signed former Arkansas State linebacker Xavier Woodson-Luster following a rookie minicamp tryout, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.
The Texans cut rookie linebacker Chase Middleton, an undrafted free agent from Georgia State, according to his agent.

Woodson-Luster has previous stints with the Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns.
