Stephen Holder reports that the Texans are signing DL Kendall Langford to a contract.
Houston brought Langford in for a workout on Tuesday and were impressed enough to sign him.
Langford, 31, is a former third-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2008. He spent four years in Miami and played three seasons for the Rams before signing a four-year, $17.2 million contract with the Colts back in 2015.
Langford was set to make base salaries of $4 million (2017) and $4.2 million (2018) over the remainder of the contract when the Colts released him with a failed physical back in August.
