Texans sign CB Breon Borders, WR Malachi Dupre to practice squad

The Texans signed former Buffalo Bills cornerback Breon Borders and former Bills wide receiver Malachi Dupre to the practice squad, cutting defensive tackle Darius Kilgo.

Borders and Dupree previously worked out for the Texans.

The 6-0, 195-pound Borders was a third-team all conference pick at Duke where he recorded 148 career tackles, 12 interceptions and one sack with 34 pass deflections and two forced fumbles.

Dupre is a former Green Bay Packers seventh-round pick from LSU.

He was signed to the Bills practice squad last September when he was cut by Green Bay. He was promoted to the active roster in December.
