The Texans have just three wide receivers active for Saturday's AFC wild-card playoff game against the Oakland Raiders: DeAndre Hopkins, Will Fuller and Keith Mumphery.
They scratched rookie wide receiver Wendall Williams. The Texans also deactivated inside linebacker Max Bullough, who's normally a regular backup on defense and a special-teams stalwart.
Meanwhile, the Texans also deactivated defensive end Ufomba Kamalu, offensive guard Josh Walker, cornerback Denzel Rice, outside linebacker John Simon (chest) and quarterback Tom Savage (concussion).
The Raiders are playing without injured Pro Bowl left tackle Donald Penn due to a knee injury.
