Texans running back D'Onta Foreman is a healthy scratch one week after catching a touchdown in his first game of the season.
Foreman, who made his 2018 debut last week in Philadelphia, is inactive due to veteran runner Lamar Miller returning Sunday from a sprained ankle.
Meanwhile, veteran corner Johnathan Joseph is out after injuring his neck last week. Wide receiver Keke Coutee is out for the fifth game in a row with a hamstring injury.
Linebacker Josh Keyes, offensive tackle Roderick Johnson, defensive tackle Brandon Dunn and defensive end Joel Heath were the Texans' other inactives.
