They rushed for just 52 yards on 23 carries in a 28-22 win over the New England Patriots, averaging just 2.3 yards per run. Starting running back Carlos Hyde gained a season-low 17 yards on 10 carries as Duke Johnson led the team with 36 rushing yards.
Since rushing for 216 yards in a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London as Hyde rushed for 160 yards, the Texans have gained 122 yards against the Baltimore Ravens, 99 yards against the Indianapolis Colts and plummeted even worse against New England.
