Texans' running back D'Onta Foreman hopes to resume role

Days after Texans rookie running back D'Onta Foreman didn't practice because of his displeasure with owner Bob McNair's "inmates" comment, he was replaced in the lineup by Alfred Blue.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien and Foreman both insisted that wasn't the reason why the third-round draft pick from Texas had zero carries in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks. O'Brien attributed the change in status to Blue outperforming Foreman in practice.

O'Brien said that Foreman did a good job in practice this week.

Now, Foreman is hoping for an increased role Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

"I think it went good," said Foreman, who grew up in Texas City.
