EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Texans rookie wide receiver Keke Coutee was ruled out officially Friday as the team downgraded him from questionable on the injury report.
Coutee isn't traveling with the team for a Saturday game against the New York Jets. Coutee has a chronic hamstring injury. He was limited in practice all week.

The Texans want Coutee, who has been out since aggravating the injury against the Tennessee Titans, to be fully healthy before they put him back on the field to avoid yet another setback for the fourth round draft pick from Texas Tech.
