SEATTLE - The Texans scratched inside linebacker Jelani Jenkins.
Jenkins was signed this week, but was listed as questionable on the injury report with a hand injury.
The Texans had previously ruled out offensive tackle Chris Clark due to a strained calf, inside linebacker Dylan Cole with a strained hamstring and defensive end Joel Heath with a knee injury.
The Texans had two healthy scratches: offensive guard Dorian Johnson and center-guard Kyle Fuller.
