Texans rookie Stephen Anderson still out with hamstring

Texans rookie tight end Stephen Anderson remains out with a hamstring injury sustained against the New England Patriots and didn't practice Wednesday.

He'll miss his second consecutive game Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.

Anderson has five receptions for 40 yards.

Meanwhile, veteran running back Jonathan Grimes is out for at least a few more weeks with a fractured fibula.

The following players were limited in practice Wednesday: offensive tackle Duane Brown (quadriceps), offensive guard Oday Aboushi (toe), tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz (sprained medial collateral ligament), cornerback Kareem Jackson (hamstring), wide receiver Braxton Miller (hamstring) and offensive tackle Derek Newton (knee).
