Texans rookie safety Justin Reid doesn't look out of place when lining up with a veteran-laden defense.
The third-round draft pick from Stanford has played in every game, starting three, and has recorded 30 tackles and one interception.
Smart, big, fast and physical, Reid is fitting in quickly with an improving defense while lining up next to former Arizona Cardinals All-Pro safety Tyrann Mathieu or cornerback-safety Kareem Jackson.
"It's no challenge for him," Mathieu said. "Obviously, he's a smart player, a lot of physical abilities. We expect him to play like me or play like Jack.
