The Texans also made another notable move over the weekend, in what seems to be an addition by subtraction situation. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that Houston is "in the process" of trading veteran wide receiver Brandin Cooks to the Dallas Cowboys. Per KPRC's Aaron Wilson, the Texans will receive fifth- and sixth-round picks in the deal, while paying $6 million of Cooks' $18 million in guaranteed money to help facilitate the trade.
