Texans reportedly hire offensive coordinator with ties to GM Nick Caserio

The Houston Texans cast a wide net in their search for a new offensive coordinator after dismissing Bobby Slowik last week. Houston's eight-interview cycle netted a new coordinator for quarterback C.J. Stroud on Monday.

Houston will hire Nick Caley, the Los Angeles Rams tight ends coach and passing coordinator, as its new offensive coordinator, per multiple reports. The 42-year-old finished his second year with the Rams in 2024 after an eight-year stint as a tight ends coach and offensive assistant for the New England Patriots.
