The Houston Texans and Brent Qvale have agreed on a one year deal for the 2020 season according to Mark Berman of Fox 26. Qvale is coming to Houston with a familiar background with Mike Devlin, who was the New York Jets offensive line coach in Qvale’s rookie season.
The Texans have brought several offensive linemen that Devlin worked with in his time with the Jets before joining Houston as their offensive line coach in 2015. Breno Giacomini and Oday Aboushi are both former Jets that joined Devlin when he took the job in Houston.
