Via a pair of trades, the Texans have built a productive running back tandem.
With Pro Bowl alternate Lamar Miller out for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson have combined to fill the void.
Acquired in a trade from the Kansas City Chiefs after Miller got hurt, Hyde leads the Texans with 310 rushing yards and has scored two touchdowns.
Added in a trade from the Cleveland Browns before Miller's injury, Johnson has rushed for 205 yards and is averaging 6.4 yards per run. He has nine catches for 85 yards.
