Texans veteran strong safety Quintin Demps aggravated a hamstring injury and is questionable to return during an AFC wild-card playoff game against the Oakland Raiders at NRG Stadium.
It's a blow for the Texans' top-ranked defense.
Honored by the NFL as the AFC Defensive Player of the month after intercepting four passes and recording 22 tackles, six passes defended and one tackle for a loss over the final four games of the regular season, Demps leads all safeties with six interceptions this season and ranks second overall in the NFL.
Demps has an interception in each of the past four games, a franchise record and the longest streak in the NFL.
