HOUSTON -- Houston has had its share of sports heartbreak, but there's little denying Cleveland's luck has been worse.

Two members of the Houston Texans' offense grew up and went to high school in the Cleveland area and understand that pain all too well: quarterback Brian Hoyer and receiver Cecil Shorts III.
