Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson was building an impressive case for Pro Bowl selection as a rookie before he tore his anterior cruciate ligament in practice.
He was on pace to pass for 43 touchdown passes last season.
Watson's peers recognized his value as he's been voted 50th among the NFL Network Top 100 players list, which is derived from player balloting.
The former Clemson star passed for 1,699 yards, 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions last season. The first-round draft pick rushed for 269 yards and two scores.
Watson was able to practice and do most drills during an organized team activity last week.
